Fans reaction?? What did you make of it??

erm my reaction, was that it is the best southend have played under tilly. the best all season. and was the most entertaining, match i have ever seen. southend mesmorised me. the fans we're fantasic, great goals, and warm inner feeling to go with that, that showed martin allen! UP THE BLUES!!!

Southend refused to be out muscled by one of the most physical sides I've seen for a long time.
Bees defence was all over the shop when Southend went looking. Poor referee and linesman cost Southend another goal which only they know why it was disallowed and should have given a corner to Southend when the ball was clearly over the line which resulted in the Bees breaking away and scoring although it must be said that it was put away well.
All in all, I thought Southend looked promotion material. Perhaps if Mr Allen wasn't so animated on the touchline it wouldn't rub onto his players!
Come on you Shrimpers, Col U here we come, be afraid.............

yeah the linesman managed to see a handball from Prior for the disallowed goal but was unable to see the ball went clearly over the line from 5 yards away which led to the Brentford goal. The referee I thought was a compete joke as well

The referee was decidedly average.
We were decidedly fantastic.
Brentford were decidedly rubbish.
