Quick request - I'm writing an article about Section 27 legislation - the powers given to police to move or detain any individual or group who they believe pose a threat of alcohol related disorder, and I'm looking for Southend fans to tell me about their experiences.

If anyone has been a victim of this while following Southend or England then please PM me. Thanks.
