As Tottenham beat Liverpool last week and can only draw wirh Tamworth over 90 minutes and we beat them, this obviously means WE should be top of the Prem.

Agreed. Also how on earth is Dragusin still on the pitch, sheer accumulation of fouls alone is enough for 2 yellows.

Very scrappy game. Have to ask questions of the referee too, blatant foul on the edge of the Spurs box, just to give a softer freekick the other end that Spurs score from.

IMO Premier League teams shouldn't have PL refs appointed to these types of games.

EFL refs so there can be no alleged bias.

A perfect example of why FA Cup replays shouldn't have been scrapped. Apparently a replay at Tottenham would have earned Tamworth a million. Or at least go straight to penalties after the 90 minutes. Extra time will always favour the bigger clubs as they're fitter and can bring on the stars from the bench, like Spurs had to yesterday. Saying that, Tamworth had a big chance right at the end of normal time - he should've passed it!

Yes the fixture list is too congested nowadays but find the savings elsewhere. Scrap the League Cup and pointless international friendlies, for a start.

Thats FIFA AND THE FA TO BLAME ALSO THE PREMIERSHITE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. They truly dont really care about the little clubs , they have proved that over the years , its about time people woke up to this and ****ed the top teams off and told them to go form there own super leagues

Don’t agree with that, but scrapping two legged semi-finals in the league cup would be a start…

I don't really see why we need two national cup competitions, most countries just have one. No one really cares about the League Cup until they get to the latter stages.

maybe make the league cup for Champinship down , That way the premeiershite clubs can stop complaing they have too manyfixtures etc .

I hated our matches against Man Utd & Spurs. Awful days.

Fair point But that was during our one season in the Championship, and I don't recall a memorable League Cup tie or run we had since then.
