You can, I've got mine from the ticket office, no info on the website but the programme says prices are:
Seating: Adult £21, Senior £16, Student/Under 18 £7, Under 12 £4
Terrace: Adult £16, Senior £13, Student/Under 18 £6, Under 12 £3
Adult and seniors both go up by £1 on match days.

Poor form from the club that there's nothing online when the game is less than a week away.
 
£115 round trip London City to Exeter, arriving at 1.00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. But, in addition to a taxi from the airport to the ground, you'll need overnight accommodation because the return flight is on Sunday afternoon......
