Stumbled across this link, which gives a break down of all the home shirts to be worn at the forthcoming European Championships.

Can't say I agree with him re the Puma designs - I really like them and would love a navy white version with white trim for us - but Croatia would be my number one pick too.

I can't see it either, but I'd have thought it's at the back of the collar - Belgium have something similar on the back of their shirt, as do Brazil I think.
