Yes, this is disappointing, as sales are now going to plateau (after rocketing) as nobody in their right mind wants to sit in the South Lower. Have the required works not happened, or got the SCC/Police sign off?

The only way is to screenshot your season card QR code and send it to them. However, that is not advisable unless you trust the other person implicitly.
