The middle of three consecutive away games sees us head south to Eastleigh. Although we had Tuesday night off, the midweek games could not have gone better for us with the four teams immediately above us (Altrincham, Gateshead, Halifax and Rochdale) all getting beaten. The play offs are certainly not out of sight yet, but we need to keep the 8-game unbeaten run going and perhaps more importantly start turning draws into wins.
The current form table makes interesting reading with a couple of the play-off contenders in a dreadful run of form.

Saturday's opponents, Eastleigh, who are now managed by former Luton, Wimbledon and Southampton 'keeper Kelvin Davis, have only had one win in their last 6 games. It doesn't look like they've got any of our ex-players in their ranks although we of course have one of theirs, Cav Miley, who made a welcome return off the bench at Forest Green last Saturday.
The Spitfires are currently level on points with us having played one game more. They gave away a 3-0 halftime lead at lowly Wealdstone last Saturday to draw 3-3 and their only win in the last 6 games was against Ebbsfleet. This is very much a winnable game so we can’t come away thinking a draw away from home is a good result.
Kev has switched things around recently depending on who we're playing so it will be interesting to see what shape we start with on Saturday and what personnel get the nod from the start, who might have to make do with a seat on the bench and who will be left out of the squad altogether.
So who would you choose to start against the Spitfires and what do you predict the result will be?
