Eastenders - Heather bashing

Now, normally in soaps and TV, when a character is being sort of bullied on screen for being gay or whatever, they can walk away from it at the end of the day, as it is just there character that is being poked fun at.

However, with Heather in Eastenders, although the storys poking fun at her weight are quite funny, i do feel for her, because at the end of the day, when she stops being Heather, and is out of character, she is still fundamentally quite chubby.

Also, on a side note, some quality ginger bashing the other week by Dots physco grand-daughter at Peggys wedding.

Caught the end of the last ep waiting for Heroes last night, she was on the phone to some other nutcase (mind you, this is Eastenders we're talking about, they're all nutters), sounded like they were trying to off Dot. So basically speaking, it's one of those "you offed her for the inheritence" deals? God soap writing's gotten predictable. This is what happens when you leave it to newbie writers...

Although I rarely watch East Enders I think of late they are guilty of plot recycling.

The dopy blonde bit being Ronnie's? daughter, once discovered promplty kicks the bucket.

Didn't they do this with Kaffy years ago?

Mate of mine works at Adventure Island and she was there last summer and she had to be told to get out of the ride because he couldn't get the barrier down to hold her in.
