Irish league football runs in the summer now. They're in their close season at the moment.

I suspect he'll play a few games, earn a few bob and return to Ireland when their preseason starts.

Cork are in serious financial poo and have a new manager, however as they have their first preseason friendly in 2 weeks I doubt he will be going back , especially as he was only signed in August , to the end of the season (which was in November)
