An admittedly slightly old debate now, but one that's resurrected itself after the Olympics. Personally, I think dragons kick ***. Stick the little fiery beast on there!

Nope, cross of St George, St Patrick and St Andrew. Always wondered really why there wasn't a dragon somewhere on it, is it something to do with having been a principality before the Act of Union?

As George was an Armenian, I suspect it was a dodgy middle-eastern dragon and not a God-fearing, Coal Mining, Leek Growing Methodist one.
