On what was meant to be a historic day in music, Radio 1 released the first ever 'Download Chart' of songs LEGALLY downloaded. Considering most songs ever made are available to download, the chart is quite frankly as dull as ditchwater!

3 She Will Be Loved - Maroon 5
4 Lola's Theme - Shapeshifters
5 American Idiot - Green Day
6 This Love - Maroon 5
7 Dry Your Eyes - The Streets

9 Laura - Scissor Sisters
10 Apocalypse Please - Muse

The only decent song (IMO!) there is Green Days 'American Idiot'...
