Dave Penny has come out and said that he is going to play some fringe players this weekend to see if they can earn a contract for next season.
So i would imagine it will be tough but knowing that Heffernan and McIndoe wont be playing i am predicting 3 points on Saturday and the CHAMPIONSHIP

He did mention on BBC Sheffield after the Barnsley game he may well give some players a chance on Saturday to test them on the big occasion.

Seems mad when they stil have a chance of the play-offs but Im not complaining. I think Brentford will lost anyway.

They have basically no chance of making the play-offs. The likes of Forets and Barnsley are not going to have a complete collapse and lose every game between now and the end of the season. Penney knows that and will, rightly, give some fringe players the opportunity. That does not make Saturday any easier. Our players will still have nerves, and play with a certain amount of tension, which Donny will be free from.

Of course, Brentford and Col Ewe will be playing with the same amount of tension and nerves as ourselves, and it may be that, which wins the day for us, rather than anything we do on the pitch.

I'm predicting draws for ourselves and Brentford and a certain defeat for the Ewes.

As I've said about our game at Bournemuff on Saturday, beware the team with nothing to play for!!

But... you only need 3 points now and are so close that your players don't really need to be nervous. They will probably go out there on Saturday determined to get the job done in front of their own fans, and realistically I expect you will wrap it up whatever we do (although, if we win, it won't be a mathematical certainty).

Still, fingers crossed our unlikely title dream stays alive for another week
