Following on form the one sided POTS poll, im going the other way. Who did you expect a lot from this season but havent quite delivered?

bit more from charlie mac he came here with goals behind him
Leon clarke turning out to be a ****

Harrold, I thought Matt would be useful and dangerous at League One level but dispite his work rate just wasn't as good as he should have been.

Maher has been a bit disappointing this season. Arguably our best player last season, and has been easily overshadowed by Bailey and Macca.

Also, thought Foran would contribute this season as well.

I also thought Foran could of done something for us this year

I think its a bit unfair on Charlie Mac, he has had a couple of injuries and its hard to make an impact off the subs bench when you only get 10 mins, when he was playing in the first part of the season the service the forwards were getting wasnt the best.

The poster that put forward Gilbert was a good shout, came here with a big reputation but just couldnt give a t*ss by all accounts and took our cash for doing nowt, IMHO should close the poll now and give it to him

I remember seeing Tommy Black against Maldon Town pre-season. He gave an awesome MOTM performance and I got a bit carried away and told everyone he was the player to watch this season. I was wrong,

To be fair to Kerrea Gilbert, on his return to Arsenal he said that whilst he enjoyed his loan spell here, he didn't really fit in as the football he wanted to play wasn't up to the same standard as he was expecting and was used to...

Judging the time he was here (Sept-Dec), he's probably right as we weren't playing particularly good football then and we weren't using the full backs enough. If he was placed in the team now, I think you'd see a stark contrast in performances. Not only do we play better football now, but Francis and Mulgrew add so much going forward it's frightening.
