In the USA businesses are actually concerned about a thing called customer service.

Americans also don't have a strange obsession with the letter u.

Most Europeans can not only point to their own country on a map of the world, but also any that their nation is at war with.

To be fair, all the countries in Central Africa and the South Pacific are difficult for many people to identify, so it's not my fault if I can't find Iraq and Afghanistan.

The only two places I've lived in my life are Colorado and Northern England, so as far as I'm concerned, those two pictures can be swapped.

Another difference between the US and UK, Americans drive on the right side of the road, and by right, I don't mean the opposite of left! ;)

Having lived in the North of England and travelled a lot in the USA, I can only agree with you there.

As far as driving on the right side of the road, I'll accept that we are right on the left.

After terrorist bombings in Europe you don't see rescuers standing on top of the rubble chanting their countries names wondering what on earth their country could possibly have done to upset others.

Protectionism, although no longer an explicit policy is still rife in practise.

An inability to understand the concept of time zones.

Voicemail, downsizing, human resources and just about any other stupid name or phrase that is now mainstream.

I could write a list as long as Barrett's errors .

As far as I am concerned they can rebuild Hadrians Wall and move it south to just North of Watford. (they could use any spare stoneware to ringfence Aldershot and Gillingham). Hey Presto, all our feral youth and underclass problems solved.

Hmmmmmmmm, and it is MATHS not Math !

Chips not French fries.
Pavement not sidewalk.
Trousers not pants.
James bond Secret agent not Jack Bauer Federal Agent. Hmm, actually, they are as great as each other.
Petrol not Gasoline.

Americans are better for:

Petrol Prices.
Elisha Cuthbert.
Thier Porn industry.
