Designated singing sections

southend4ever

I used to play a little.
It has been talked before on here about congregating in an area for people that are going to sing their heart out for the lads.

Well, how many teams have got this idea in place at their ground? anyone?

reason being, is at notts yesterday, there was a section on the far left as we looked, not behind the goal, where right from an hour before kick off until kick off there was where most fans sat. This was the only place that they sang from, when they decided to sing..

anyone know?

Or alternitively you could do what col u do and get the whole crowd chanting not just one section.

After the reports on BBC Essex this morning I'm cheered up immensely. Seems your new ground is not a foregone conclusion.

Cutting through the crap your support wasn't too bad at Layer Road but you're support at ours wasn't that impressive. Teams with a sixth of the support you had on the night(in the surprisingly not sold out away end) regularly make six times as much noise.

Aaaaahhhhhh, bless! He's probably posted this whilst sitting in his pyjamas yesterday evening before going to bed as he's got school today.

He'll probably rush home to log on this afternoon to see what kind of response he's got from us and I suppose we can expect some kind of 'witty' response between half three and four o'clock.

Bless his little cotton socks..............

Col Ewe supporter & school?

Sorry to question you here, Ron, but don't the two terms used in the same sentence form a paradox?
