Why the hell can they not make a tackle in the box??

How in god's name can they let a player turn and shoot in the box?
Rule number 1 in the "i'm a crap full-back but i wanna do the basics" book....
DO NOT LET YOUR MAN TURN WITH THE BALL IN THE BOX.

Simple innit really.Just get as tight as you can as quick as you can without committing your arse when in the box.

To let 1 goal in like that jeez...but to do the same thing later-ferking hell!

Agree, noticed Barrett ran the whole box to clear the ball every time, Clarke was bit far up the pitch tonight too as well as Harding.

I must say IMO Mulgrew was better than Harding, also we need a tall commanding centre back, a Sodje type player.

You mean like John Terry let Baros do the other night. Don't think it is just our defenders that do that.
