They've signed about 15 players in the last 3 or 4 days after making their 12th managerial change in 3 years. Anyone unhappy with Ron Martin, just think it could be Mick Westwood in charge !!!!

Totally agree with the sentiment but it is actually Mick Woodward who is their Chairman (and occasional manager)

According to BBC Essex he was subbed at half-time having been, by some margin, the best but also the laziest player out there.

I think it might even have been Tommy Black who came on to replace him.

Always thought he was too good for Grays and definatly should at least be at a League 2 club. Shame about his attitude otherwise he could of been a cracker for us.

And as for Black, I really liked him when Tilson decided to play him upfront he played really well. If he sorted out his fitness and we had of played him as a central midfielder he would of been a good player for us.
