It's about time. I really hope Tilson takes over at Chelmsford.
 
Tilson - the master of improving team relations. Seen first hand his focus on improving team morale. Always important at any level - it could make the difference. I hope Tilly does too.
 
Would be very interesting to see Tilly there. Would expect a few ex players to end up there if he did.
 
Absolutely!! I doubt they can afford too many scouts to do the non-league circuit so going with what you know has to be the way forward!
 
Bishop Stortford's Rob Stringer is apparently the favourite to take over. Won't talk to them before their FA Cup tie with Northampton this weekend though.
 
Chelmsford will struggle no matter who is in charge, wage budget has been cut to much now to challenge at top half of the table, will do well to stay up this season, hope they stay up tho I really do.
