David Noble Also Trained Today

I popped into training today before a morning shop and aswell as wayne gray joining in with the running etc at the begining of training, David Noble (ex bristol and boston) was also there. I returned about an hour later and he was no longer there, but looks like he joined in for a short while. intresting....

i dont know if he was training for fitness also, as i heard orient and colchester have been looking at him. He is close friends with james walker however

Would have been a very good signing if we couldn't have got Lee Sawyer back. Both are the creative midfielder we missed from last season.

Can he play wide right or am I making that up?

I think a lot of players without a club will probably train at various grounds around the country to get their fitness up, or risk being a few weeks behind when they do find a club. Quite happy with our midfield though if we could get Matt Richie would be even happier.

Yes please. A midfield looking like this would be a very good one at this level:

Matt Ritchie Anthony Grant Lee Sawyer Alan McCormack.

Who is Matt Ritchie? Apologies if there is some other thread on this... I'm a bit out of the loop :)
