Is this an insurance assessor's analysis?................or have you just not stopped drinking since hearing the Rotherham result? Of course, winning the lottery of the play-offs, with or without Blair Sturrock, is one kettle of fish.............actually qualifying for the play-offs is quite another. In fact, give it until the end of this month and the prospect of the latter may not seem half as ridiculous as it may appear to many on here, at this moment in time.
Two things need to happen in order to bring this situation to fruition. Firstly, at some time our home form is going to improve.......................IF we could achieve six points from Bury and Macclesfield, who would bet against us going on to claim another three at Barnet. Secondly, holding on to our best players whilst making a few astute signings during the transfer window, could, as PS has claimed, make us a force to be reckoned with in the latter part of the season.
So, in little over two weeks time, not long to wait, nine more points in the bag and an improved squad .............................this thread may not appear quite as unbelievable as it does today!

I will wait and see how things are at the end of February ----- 10 games played between now and then, albeit 7 at home, so if we could possibly find some home form you never know.

4 out of the next 5 and 7 out of the next 10 are at Roots Hall.If we can muster around 20 points from those then who know's.At the moment though, form like that at home is but a dream.
