Darryl is a great keeper, anyone of you mugs who thinks Barts better is even more stupid than you look.

Just look at the facts:

1) Darryl has only ever made 1 mistake for SUFC (and even that wasn't on the pitch), Bart made more than that on Friday!!!!!!

2) Darryl is a much better shotstopper than Bart, who flaps about like a goose on acid.

3) Bart can't kick the ball!

4) Barts kicking goes too far and goes straight over the forwards' heads.

5) Darryl never drops a cross into the box, Bart does!

There are so many more reasons why Darryl should be in goal, but you mugs will never see them.

Darryl is the man to take us out of this division!

Don"t worry no brains, these poor judges on here always realise in the end that Flavs is the safest option. It takes them at least 5 months for the penny to drop, too busy spouting on about his lack of height and him having a **** in the street, unable to appreciate his quality in all other areas. I repeat if he claimed everything in the air then he would not be playing for S.U.F.C. Anyone watched Dean Keilly rooted to his line for every cross yet not a word said as he would obviously rather react from his goaline. I am afraid Bart comes a poor second to Flavs apart from his height and i am not convinced he is that good in the crossing dept. either!

Bart and Darryl are about the same in technical ability. Why is it then, that because one excels in one area of goalkeeping, that he is considered better than the other?

Too be honest i didn't really rate Flahavan last season, that was until Bart came on the scene.

He is about as co ordinated as a cow on a trampoline and quite frankly could cost us a few points with his bloopers.
I think Flahavan has had a good season and i would pick him before Bart all day long.

Sorry, Flavs is still a liability on crosses. I'd rather have a keeper that comes out to claim them and misses the odd one than a keeper who stays rooted to his line. I agree that Flavs has played well this season, but I'd still chose Bart. That is, of course, until all the boo boys completely erode his confidence so that Tilson has no choice but to put their beloved Daryl back between the sticks.

Can one of the site administrators not set up a rule regarding that perenial Bore of a subject that is the Supposed Keeping crisis.

I'm normall all for freedom of speech but its getting to the point where i can no longer be bothered to read the crap *(thats my opinion) and am giving shrimperzone a miss cause i just get the hump.

Cant we just accept , we have 2 good goalkeepers , each testing the other and providing enough challenge to ensure that they both try their best to remain in the first 11 ?

Yes but with pears they are only nice if soft and then themselves very prone to bruising when dropped. Apples on the other hand can mix it with the tougher fruit making them a better all rounder. Oh... except if there French

I believe IMO you&#39;re all wrong, Flahavan would be a better keeper if he commanded his box but he doesn&#39;t do it AT ALL which is not acceptable in the professional game and its cost us points no doubt about it. Bart for me is inferior in many departments other than this to Flahavan and the upshot of it all is NEITHER ARE GOOD ENOUGH TO WEAR OUR NO. 1 JERSEY. How I long for a Sammy or Roycey.......
