Another chance at this level, fair enough, either this works out or it’s back down the leagues for him. Part-timers I’m guessing so maybe he just wants to get back to that. Not a bad gig if you can play at the top tier of non league and have a day job

FORMER Southend United striker Danny Waldron has joined Brackley Town.

Waldron was released by the Shrimpers at the end of last season after scoring three goals in 30 games but he will still be in the National League next term after signing for Brackley.

Town won National League North last season.
 
Could be a good move for him. Part time club, nearer to his home. Maybe, going back to a job outside football and combining it with games will work for him like when he was at Rushall Olympic. He has to prove himself at NL level but there's a goalscorer there somewhere.
