Dagenham Vs Leigh RMI on Saturday

Just spotted this on the Dagenham forum, Leigh RMI had ONE away fan at their game with Dagenham on Saturday. Incredible, the bloke truly is a real football fan.

Not only that but they had one steward keep an eye on him. What's he going to do - a one man surge to take the home end?

Not everyone shares your criminal tendencies, David.

He should stand up at the next week and start a "If you all went to Daggers" chant...

Someone should let the BBC or Sky know about this...

Anyone remember the TV ad a few years back, I cant remember what it was for but there was a woman at Roots Hall talking about how her son is a die hard Southend fan and his proudest moment was going to Port Vale I think and being the only supporter. The club had to open the away end for just him

Probably aint true anyway.

Wouldn't it be good if a collective bunch of supporters cojoined en masse to support Leigh RMI one day and surprise this guy by gathering in the away end in their thousands?
Make a great British film.

As much as I want to laugh and as quirky as it is, I've got nothing but admiration for the bloke.

He should get come award. Wouldn't be a nice idea for a few clubs to offer him pre match hospitality or something.

Just think of all the things he couldn't do...like...Mexican wave. "Give us an 'L'"!

Eh?
Don't think someone looked at the date this thread started
