Cup - Season 15

MrB

Life President
Redrawn for the third time, should be the final one. I've switched to a home tie but have got myself a IV team with a couple of 100k+ players so will need to be a full strength team on display.

Anyone else got an interesting one? I'm not rating Marvel's chances of progressing!

Lovely stuff! What. A. Draw. The fella has only been playing for under 2 months! :)

Just a shame its away but i cant grumble!!

Noticed my opponent seems to have a little side hobby as well:

Alan Shearer - 29 yo, BT Rating=6,472
Gary Speed - 32 yo, BT Rating=4,274
Liam Gallagher - 21 yo, BT Rating=2,018
Steve Davis - 30 yo, BT Rating=1,414
Danny Dyer - 22 yo, BT Rating=366
Simon Pegg - 21 yo, BT Rating=343
Jamie Oliver - 22 yo, BT Rating=94

Nice draw for me, shame it's not at home, but at least we can rest everyone before the 1st FC game. Should also have a TIE in the 1st week of OD, as I think I'm due to play YB, so PFL shouldn't take too much of a hit early doors.

I should point out that's a mutual TIE rather than BB thinking I'm such a walkover..... ;)

Anyway, I should progress comfortably to round 2 as I've bowled the opposition out for 45, with Daniels producing a Morkelesque spell of 5-5-0-5. Well bowled sir!

Happy with that draw. Away again unfortunately but their max BT player stands at sub 40k so might even be able to rest so players. They have a squad of 14 so im sure come Sunday their fitness will be ****ed already. I have 2 home games to kick off the season unfortunately against Lower Standards CC and dirty dogs so i know what im up against and its going to be a tricky season, that is for sure!!

Their manager is moaning on sledging about the result!

nice to get on someone's nerve, sore loser!

A home draw meaning i have 4 home games in a row (cup, FC, OD, BT20) :). They have a few meaty looking players, will probably be in for a hard day.

Home to a Level V, only 1 player over 50K BTR, should be able to rest a couple and get away with a TIE. All-in all a pretty good draw.

Mrs BB also at home to a Level V. 1 200k rated player, and 2 more over 100k. Only a 15 man squad though, so Mrs BB should have a bit of an advantage there.
