Why bother?
Most games are rained off or severely influenced by the coin toss and weather conditions. Why dont they just toss the coin to decide who wins?

The Jack Duckworth System? What's that all about. How can you win a game based on what might have happened?

County games played in front of a handful of people who should be at work.
