I will be the first to admit, I was very very sceptical last year when I heard Tilly and Brush were taking control - mainly because of Tilly's lack of managerial expereince but the past year and a bit, they have proved me wrong!

I could not have imagined this time last year we'd be saying next season we're in League One but thanks to them, and the players, WE ARE!

Personally, I think we are one of the luckiest teams around - not onlyt do we have a good management team but Tilly is Southend through and through, we have a real decent spine of the team in Flavs, Barrett and Maher and I feel we'll do fine next season!

WELL DONE TILLY!
