Have to say a big well done to all involved in the half time activities yesterday, stroke of genius having the walking football in front of the West with two great legends, Frankie Banks and Ronnie Pountney involved. I swear Ronnie was running though! Great bit of fun.

Loved the walking football  Can we have that at half time every week please.

Some of us in the South upper thought half time was more entertaining than the football that we and Cambridge were playing.

I love to see the club do these "events" and showcase what they actually do in the community now.
Thoroughly enjoyed the walking football and at last it was good to see some half time entertainment over by the West stand as normally it is over by the East.

Getting back onto a serious note (and yes Kennuff you should joking the walking football) the community trust do far more than just the "usual soccer schools"
Yesterday we were stopped by a lady and her two sons in the street asking how to get to the main stadium. After giving them instructions they said they were attending as the Community Trust had been to the school and her sons wanted to come along. We then again bumped into them in the car park where one of the lads was becoming very distressed as he wanted to see the mascots and his mother was becoming concerned as he was clearly getting agitated. It was immediately arranged for the mascots to come over to see the young lad who was so excited to see them. No doubt, that five minutes made that young boys day and no doubt he will again want to come down to RH.

Thanks for that Tinks, it's good to see what the Community Trust does.
