The coaches make judgements on players during training and practice games, do people really think they should ignore their own judgements and play the players they dont feel are ready so fans can decide if they are good enough ?

He clearly doesn't see him as ready as he isn't even getting on as a sub and its puzzling we think we should just ignore the coaches assessment and just give him a chance in a game just to see if he is any good.
