Can anyone provide me with (any or all of...):

1) Scanned / pdf copy of accounts
2) Total number and par value of issued shares

You can get all of this from Companies House. It's public information.

abbreviated accounts i believe, as it is a small co. Also I cant log in to co's house direct at the moment. The "glossy" figures don't get filed on public record...

I thought we filed a full set. Fair enough.

Haven't checked this year, will find out later. I'm also after some of the "glossy" info that came in the shareholders brochure etc
