It's a start, but nothing for other staff yet. Don't want to trivialise the players' late wages or turn it into a competition, but there are other staff members who have gone without salary payments for at least a month, if not two months, longer than the players have. They should have been a priority.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the players' contracts in that so long as we pay them within a certain timeframe they're not entitled to leave for nothing.

If that is the case then the club need to prioritise their payments however unfair that seems to us and the backroom staff.

Correct me if i am wrom Did i not read that the players were told that they would not recive the wages untill the first of march .Ok so jan wages have now finaly been paid .Tommrow is the 1st of march .So just maybe In the hight court the moneys to HRMC will be payed .Them maybe ron or tom will pay the feb wages on time .We will have to wait and see the outcome .

With the next payday due tomorrow I wonder whether they'll be paid on time for that or not. Some staff still waiting since November is nothing short of a disgrace though.

Surely we're going to get some specific clarification tomorrow about what's happened and what's the plan going forward? Yeah I didn't believe that when writing it either, the communication as normal whether good or bad news is not unexpected but still quite simply a **** take. It's 100% made things a lot worse for a already terrible situation we're in, the not knowing just makes things even harder to take.

So he's done the minimum to meet the players contractually. What a c*nt. If I was them i'd sit down in the centre circle on Friday and let Barnet score 20 before the referee abandons the game.
