Chinese Super League

Ridiculous money being paid to players out there, my mate signed for Jiangsu Suning on 10 times what he was on before. It's set him up for life.

A Chinese club has just bid £38 Million for Payet at West Ham!!

Tip of the iceberg, there are loads of big deals to come and they will break the world record fee in the near future.

Read an interesting interview with Tim Cahill saying that he thinks they are going about improving their talent the wrong way. In his view China have really good technically gifted young players already who work tirelessly for the team but no flair or goalscorers and all the clubs are buying are flair and goalscorers meaning the Chinese won't get a look in.

Their transfer window doesn't shut until about the 26th of Feb so still plenty of time for more crazy deals.

Absolutely ridiculous amounts of money! This is getting a little out of hand and their transfer window hasn't shut yet.

Still got until next Friday but not sure there will be anymore big deals, the clubs with the big corporate backing all seem to have their quota of overseas players (unless they cancel contracts and pay players off, which is not impossible as they paid Tim Cahill's contract up and let him go). Obafemi Martins was signed the other day and think a couple of others might sign from MLS but looks like the big deals could be done now.
