Only half time as I write, but they look like Arsenal with an end product. Deco has fit in seamlessly and still looks hungry, and they're not shying away from trying ambitious stuff at all. If the bookies are still favouring the Manure after today I may well be tempted.

They'll be better when Essien and Drogba are fit, of course.

Agreed they do look dangerours, With Man u going to be without Ronaldo for at least another month , Chelsea have a real chance this year.

Chelsea beating Portsmouth 4-0 was a shock to me i thought it would be a lot closer than that like 1-0 or 2-0 . If they play like they did today i think they we win the league

Chelsea never really got out of 2nd gear with portsmouth being rather poor in all fairness. Great display by Chelsea and i guess man united need ronaldo to do anything they rely on him to much.

surprised by the scoreline, expected chelsea to win but not 4-0. I thought pompey might do well this year following on from the cup win last season but by all accounts they were pretty poor yesterday.

Chelsea were scarily good. So glad I went for Deco in my dream team, expecting him to pick up a few points for us.
