Chavs on mini-motorbikes!

KrustyTheKray

President
Anyone else got the problem in their road of annoying chavs on mini-motorbikes etc?

If it's not mini bikes it's trail bikes or mini harley davidson bikes!

No crash helmets, underage, no insurance, no road tax, no care and illegal!

Yet what if a motorist come into contact with one?
The motorist would get penalised through his insurance etc.
How would the motorist stand??

I've spoke to the Police and they dont seem to be interested!
Yet if they found a motorist without tax etc the book would be thrown literally!

God i hate chavs!

There's a few idiots who live near me that ride these stupid things in our local park. They should be banned.

Bloody rude boy chavs!

So your a chav now for having a mini motor bike?

But if they race these mini-bikes around the park aren't they putting pensioners, kids, the general public at risk and effectivly excluding them from the park or parts of it? There was a young guy in our village who had one and was racing it up and down the road past young kids at pretty high speeds, if he had hit one - no insurance and quite likely some serious injuries. Having one doesn't make you a chav, but using it recklessly makes you a lethal idiot. The real question is, is there somewhere they can use these things safely, and if not why not? What do we pay council tax for?!

If those of us who own the bigger versions wish to ride them illegally (ie non standard exhaust pipes , over 70 mph etc,) without fear of prosecution we have to pay for trackdays. So I can't see why those who don't have to pay for tax insurance etc should not be able to pay for privilege of riding.

This is just a natural progression, In my youth riding a push bike with a wheel size over 14 inches on the pavement was something a copper would tick you off for, let alone no lights at night. Schools did not allow you to ride to school and less you could produce a cerificate to show you were competent on a cycle either. Now anything goes, push bikes, motorised scooters, mini motos all vie for pavement space with grannies on motorbiliity scooters and sod anyone who has the cheek to try and walk.......
As for riding pushbikes on pedestrian crossings, don't get me started......
Kids need to know the highway code (it does cover pedestrians, cyclists and Horse riders as well).
But as for putting them right...well they certainly won't get told off by a speed camara and as that is all the police (at least those not doing 159 mph) use as traffic management these days.

Don't even get me started on kids not knowing how to cross the road properly

Rant over ....and relax.....

We have the same thing I have a small park behind my road and the local chavs all ride them up & down there. They used to ride up & down our road untill me & a couple of my neighbours made it clear we wont stop if they get in the way & they will get battered if they hit our motors.
