Can't Wait to beat Southend on Saturday!!!

Here I am sunbathing in Coronation Garden's,next to our great looking stadium http://www.leytonorient.premiumtv.co.uk/page/MatchroomStadiumIndex/0,,10439,00.html
Thinking of our first away win of the season tomorrow.Looking of my shoulder watching then build THE OLYMPIC STADIUM & VILLAGE,thinking we can move there in 2012, if we want. The first part of the War is already won.

Surely the first team you support , West Ham, will lay claim to the new stadium.
PS If your current stadium is so great looking , why would you want to move ?

Why would you want to? If you move there you'd have to put up with having a running track around the pitch. And that would make it even worse than Birdbrain Road!

You know what would finish off that ground nicely Jam man? some flats, I mean our ground looks soooo much better for having blocks of flats on every corner.

seriously though that new stadium despite not looking anything liek the artists impression will be cracking, as long as its not an out of town industrial estate type stadium.

Yeah, ours has a design error, the flats we will have our attached to the back of the stadium.

Ill speak to Ron Martin and see if he can build them inside somewhere :)

Yes if it gets rubber stamped in September its going to be superb.

Are Leyton Orient planning to move from Waltham Forest to Newham then ?

Even the club wants to get out of Leyton !!!

Regarding the new stadium , good luck, the Marshgate Lane plans look good , although a league 1 or 2 game in a ground built for 80,000 might be a bit surreal. And moving to the same borough and nearer to West Ham might rankle with a few.

I think (hope) it will be a little more individual than the other "retail park" stadium, R&D Northampton etc, Certainly the plans indicate that. I think the idea that the retail units will be smaller the the usual out of town developments might help.

If I'm dreaming then a billionaire will take over buy brisbane road off of hearn and turn from housing estate back to a football stadium, however I reckon we will probably just move an olympic hockey stadium rather than the athletics stadium.

Although the idea of our move to the olympic stadium only came about so Hearn could get permission to build more flats.

To be fair, though, there was a Borient fan speaking rather elegantly, I thought for them, on prime-time television last night. He commented;

"TIIIIIMYYYYYYY. TIIIIIIMYYYYYY."

Barrel, fish, shotgun anyone?

Maybe then we can all get a ticket without having to having to have a ballot for the paltry 1400-odd away tickets that will be available again this year at Birdbrain Road.

Fair enough, have they decided where these satelite stadia will be yet , If they they are north of the "main arena" then it will be really handy

Any further South and , apart from going deep into 'ammers country , you will be further away from home.....

just Googled the Hockey stadium and the Artists impression has only one covered stand.....

The planned site is Bully Fen (Eastway Cycle track) Which is close to Leyton, it sounds like a good move

Like watermill wino I was brought up in leyton went to Geroge Mitchell school, Leyton senior high, and lived just round the corner from brisbane road until I was sixteen. I am also proud of my roots and East end family ties, however on a recent return to leyton I had forgotton what a complete and utter s***H**e it had become, full of young wanabee hoodies, and anyone who for one insane minute thinks that living there competes to living in GODS COUNTRY must be either high on crack or have a large P***s sticking out of there bottom.
