There's no sight of this "Fight" they mention, So are these viable grounds for legal action? As i do indeed feel cheated having paid to listen to us bend over backwards for teams that haven't won for god knows how long....

You summed it up perfectly with your last sentence... a season is over 46 games and on the average performance of the team we wasn't good enough. You pointed out 6 games that you felt that we showed what we are capable of... 4 of which were league games the other two were cup games and we had nothing to lose in those two cup games whatsoever.

The key for next year is when Freddy leaves who we can bring in, because we need someone who can score goals and create there own...

I couldn't agree more with this post, I have to say Richie Foran is the laziest bastid I've seen for a while to play for us and I for one don't want to see players like him in MY side. Same goes for Lewis Hunt too, I thought it was disgraceful to see him laughing and joking with us 2-1 down near the end. I wanna see players like Peter Clarke who gave everything to the death and looked absolutely gutted at the final whistle - THAT'S WHAT WE SUPPORTERS SHOULD EXPECT FROM EVERYONE WHO PULLS ON A SOUTHEND SHIRT!!!! If they give everything we should support them 100% through thick and thin, quite frankly players like Lewis Hunt can f*** off cos they don't care two hoots about this club :mad:
