Buying a Player

with all lower L teams do they actually need to buy a player (*s)

There are so many decent players that teams can get (prob is wages)

This is where the management skill comes into play.

Personally I am a great believer in giving Youth team players a chance.

What's the point of having youth team otherwise

Youth has its place but all teams need experienced players as well
