I'm not sure this is the best place for your post....I'm no expert, but think the 21 serves Leigh and Roots Hall? I've used it myself from Benfleet, and it definitely goes via Leigh Church.
Looks like a 3 or 21 will be your best bet from Leigh according to attached route map. If you want to, you can even work out the best route to Fossets Fa.....................oh..........aren't we?................
