BUPA London 10k 2009 - sponsorship!

Hello all

I know it's that time of year when lots are bugging for sponsorship for certain things - mainly marathons and 10k runs. I am one of those annoying people!

I am going to be running the BUPA London 10k again this year as I enjoyed it so much last year. This time I am running for the charity that my work place supports - Richard House Children's Hospice.

Richard House, London's first children's hospice, provides care and support to children who are not expected to live into adulthood, as well as to their families. Its team of nurses and care staff make the time children spend at the house fun, active and therapeutic.

Yeah I think so. I got a place through the charity that my work supports but am sure there are still places left. Get in quick though it's pretty popular.

Perfect its in May and will be after I have done the Paris marathon so will get myself signed up for that.

nah I mean instead of filling up the top with Sticky "Sponsor Me's", I'll having mine up there for another week and then it can be taken down (and no shameless bumps;)) and you can have yours made Sticky.
