What a great commentator. He reminds me of John Adams. He gets so excited. He's given Collin a new name He knew of our best strikers of the past. Poor Wind was done out of his first goal there. The goalie is on the line, and the ball bounces behind him, then with the spin, comes out. Their goalie should have saved Bim's second. I like the way Keenan gets in the area, or is acting as another forward. I have high hopes for him. The star of the show was Bim of course, they just couldn't handle him.

Yes, I would prefer that commentator in place of the current BBC Essex guy for sure.

i liked the look of APPIAH - FORSON ,has an eye for a pass also ,loves to get into the box, high hopes for the young man. Reminds me a little of a player back in the 50s played for Southend ,he was small also
, not sure but think it was Bobby Kellard.

My first thought was John Adams too. This is a highlights video I wouldn't mind watching at the end of season.

No fake crowd noises on this one though, the way a roar was added when we scored away somewhere with only a handful supporters in sight always made me chuckle.

I enjoyed his comment following Miley's equaliser - "Its the Jersey Boy who's the star of the show for Southend United!". Where did they find this guy?

For me, he was a bit too excitable, to the point where his audio was almost blowing the mic, but well produced for step4 nonetheless.

I noted from d1versitys video that they had a camera position that was quite high up on some scaffolding to get a good view of the pitch.

I got sent this thread from Chris Berry who does the highlights at Brentwood Town. I'm the commentator. I'm from Sheffield and this is the first live 90 minutes I've ever done. I usually only do the highlights with me being based in Sheffield.

I'm a grassroots commentator I do live Junior football commentary for both my sons football team U8s and U12s Stocksbridge Park Steels through X spaces so parents can listen live. Thanks for the kind comments it was a pleasure to commentate on a club like Southend United i remember you coming to Hillsborough in the Fa Cup in 93 and you gave us a really tough game. Good luck for the rest of the season you look a good side and hopefully KM will get you promotion.
