I noticed on Sky Sports News yesterday Bournemouth are doing a "Southend" and selling their ground back to themselves and renting it to try and do something about their 6.9m debt.

Bournemouth is run by it's supporters trust and the fans on the board actually had the deciding vote on whether this scheme would go ahead.
 
Good luck to them. I hope it does more for their debt problem than selling Roots Hall did for ours...
