Bolognese

Does anyone else thing Bolognese is actually nice when its cold/warm rather than just been cooked piping hot.

I love it next day in a bit of french stick. Lovely!

Your making me hungry now....haven't had Spag Bol in ages.

It is one of those foods that works equally well as leftovers as when it's first cooked. Some food just isn't the same the next day and not worth keeping - pizza for example. Whereas others - chinese and india takeaways - are lovely straight out of the fridge the next morning.

What are you on about?! Cold pizza the next day is lush! Especially if you're hungover

I don't see the attraction myself, it goes hard and stale and never as good even if you re-heat it. Whereas cold curry straight out of the container the next day is lovely.

Cold onion bhaji's and samosa's are good too. Along with cold spring rolls.

I still stand by my cold pizza thing though. I'm sure other people will back me up (or at least I hope they will!)

Good bolognese sauce should be cooked all day on a very low heat and then left to stand overnight. Same with chilli.

Allows the flavours to fully develop.

They were my favourite back home, but it's all about Eagle Boys Pizza over here. Especially the cheap Tuesdays - large pizzas from the drive through for five bucks (that's £2-50).
