Blues World Woes

For some time now I've been trying to renew my subscription to Blues World without success.
The problem is basically that Netbanx refuses to let me validate my new credit card details.Evert time I try I get a 537 error message stating that authentification of my C/C has failed.
I've used this c/c to book tons of things online,hotels, flights etc even a copy of "My life as a Shrimper" from the SZ shop.
I have of course contacted the BW customer support service and got nowhere.
I'm at my wits end on this one.Any helpful ideas out there please?
 
Had similar problems because of earlier fraud trouble with using card on line. Bank now gives us a different number each time we use the card and of course this didn't work with BW records, when I came to renew.
Initially in contact with David Scriven who gave me an e-mail to contact:-
customerservices@performgroup.com
They contacted me with the address:-
customerservices@premiumtv.co.uk
In the end my situation was happily resolved by asking them to telephone me and I was consequently able to give them my original credit card details.
Hope this may help.............hope you didn't miss the thrills and spills of the Crewe game..........the subscription was virtually worth it for that game alone! You certainly wouldn't want to miss friday's match where their could be as many cards as goals!

Thanks for this guys but no joy- so far.
I did actually have a look at the Netbanx website before I posted Colchester but I went back anyway and posted an email explaining the problem.
I also wasted my money on a phonecall to them.An incredibly unhelpful minnion told me that the problem was with my bank over here(when it obviously isn't since I use the C/C for other online payments).
Yogi Bear- I've tried the 2 email addresses you quote and explained the problem without them being able to come up with a solution.
AS it happens I did catch the Crewe game on Sat but I'm in serious danger of missing out on the O's game on Friday at the minute:-(
Since tomorrow is a holiday here(LA Merçe)I can pop into my local bank in the am and see what they think but I'm not optimistic.
