Well, Yeovil v Southampton was tempting...............but it wasn't exactly what I'd paid my BP subscription for. Six or seven minutes of frustration when I couldn't get anything at all on the game and then managed to get Gillingham commentary. About five to ten miutes later (quarter of an hour into the match), I read a post to say that the Southend commentary was up and running, thus I moved over and had no further problem during the match. I know that it's all been said before but even with its crossed wires and other problems, for me, BP is still prefererable to looking at BBC or SKY text's. Not at all a technical person but most of the problems on BP seem to be down to human error and sloppiness.

Totally agree, its a shocking service at times, but the only choice. For me it still comes down to supporters getting the shaft, and loyalty/no other option means that they get away with it.
You do get the impression though that its just a case of someone saying, whoops we forgot to plug the cable in again!!
amateur hour.

I'm happy to offer technical advice if they have a prob and agreed the service is poor, but I think its coming from BBC Radio Essex as they seem to go down every match! You'd expect more from supposed experts, even the local radio hospital is more efficient!

Ha.Though I wasn't able to listen to the game last night I've just checked my account details and seen that I must have had it on automatic renewal since my subscription was renewed on the 23/09/2010 when I thought my account was about to expire.
So it looks like I'll be tuning in for another year at least.:tumbleweed:

Either they have taken it automatically from your credit card or you better hope that no one from the administration of BP trawles this sight!
