Bluebells

Shrimp Creek

Schoolboy
Hope this doesn't sound rude to ask but at the game today it was announced that one of the bluebells had past away at only 21.
The girls dedicated their dance to her memory.
How did this tragedy happen?

She was 24, with 3 kids. Lucy was her name had a thing in the programme about her didn't say the cause of death though.

RIP

One of the Bluebelles selling the tickets said it was a car crash and that some of the money raised was going to the family.

very very sad news, i was quite suprised they didnt do a minutes silence or something in her memory

rip

This is terrible news.... all my thoughts go out to her family and friends

My thoughts exactly, and yet we did one for Boere a couple of weeks back? I wouldn't wish what happened to Boere on anybody, but he didn't exactly cover himself in glory while he was with us. Yet this young lady put in loads of effort, unpaid, to keep us fans entertained at half time - not even a mention on the official site that I can see.

Awful news and I just looked at her Myspace page ..made it feel even worse.....Shocking at such a young age..

My heart goes out to her Family,Children and friends.

RIP.

John.

WOW

Not sure what happened but to be honest i don’t want to know, all I can think is how her family and friends are handling the news. Her closest family must be devastated, it really pits things in perspective.....Win loose or draw does not matter when you hear such sad news.

RIP Lucy.

My love to your bereaved

I generally ate these treads but the myspace page was genuingly moving.

I think that times like this make should make people think about why they there on the earth and what purpose for life (and their life) there is.

Deeply upsetting,

Jon

bless her, its all terribly close to home she was a local girl who lived for what she did and will be missed in this town and many others, a proffesional all the way....
RIP we shall never forget.....

That's absolutely tragic. I didn't hear the message at the game today, because I was in the bar, but I heard the loud applause and knew it sounded like one of those respectful and yet, oh so tragic ones...

RIP Lucy.

Thats a terrible tragedy my son is 24, I cannot imagine what it would be like to lose him at such a young age.

RIP and my condolences to all of her family.

The club should dedicate yesterdays great win to her memory.
