NETWORK RAIL ANTICIPATE A NORMAL C2C SERVICE FROM APPROX 14.30 HRS.

So hopefully its the normal swift direct journey in air conditioned comfort as opposed to the circuitous boneshaker route which still leaves me a couple of miles from home.....

Great! Just seen that my 1800 train is short formed to 8 carriages due to earlier Overhead problems.

No real problems - the 17.30 fast to Benfleet was a few minutes late, but no worries...

The Liverpool St line is great if you live in Shenfield.. Otherwise it takes ages to get into Southend via lots of North Essex regional towns like Billericay..
C2C is a direct line, the rolling stock is loads better and if you can get a fast to Benfleet alomost bearable
