Best Quick Snack

Bruschetta.

Easy to make and delicious!

Toast or lightly fried bread, chopped tomato mixed with salt and ripped basil leaves (all warmed up in a frying pan).

Takes 5 minutes maximum and very very good lil snack!

Crisp sandwich.

After much experimentation I believe Frazzles are the optimum filling.

Good old fashioned Corn Flakes (no sugar). Just had a small bowl depsite the fact I'm about to go to bed :)

Cheese, ham and tomoato toastie. Best quick snack ever!!

After a night on the tiles last year i went through a phase of having tomato soup when i got in.

Lets jus say the next day when i went back down to the kitchen it had looked like i commited mass genocide over the hob!

Dr Oeteker Pizza. 10 mins in the oven. Once cooked, flip it straight back onto the cardboard it came in. Eat whole. 0% washing up!!! Perfick!

If we are looking for 'quick' snack, and no fuss, minimum washing up....cant see how you can better attacking a jar of peanut butter with a spoon. Alternative can be piccalilli if you want something with a bit more kick....
