How cool is that?? Now we get Coke's red rescinded and three points at Morcambe and the season will end nicely thank you.

It's player of the season, how can Grimes be picked? He went to Swansea in January.
Great effort from our boys, Timlin must of been close! I think Barrett would of been close too if he was with us rather than Wimbledon.

I believe the players vote in December/January for the pfa teams.

Seems odd though, if that is the case then there should be a player from Plymouth in the back four because until a few weeks ago their defense was brilliant. Additionally, correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Coker have his injury around that time? So therefore wasn't playing and yet he got into the team of the year at that point in time. If I was voting now then yes, of course Coker get's in but if I was voting in December i am not sure Coker would of been top of my list. But may explain why McNulty was picked because in fairness to Luton and him, they were in the top 3 at that point.

Congratulations to them both a cracking effort!

I remember when Coker signed everyone moaned about us signing an ex col u player from the conference. How he proved us wrong.

Actually, didn't Ben miss a lot early on with his elbow injury? That's even more surprising that he's named there then!

To be fair, McNulty didn't miss much yesterday, suited to hoofball league 2 football down to a tee...

Valid recognition of Bentley and Coker's abilities. I also think Johny White has been very good over the whole of the season.

And if the voting had been based on the 2nd half of the season then Bazza Corr would have stood a good chance of being in the team I would have thought.

Fair side that.
McNulty has the look of a park player , but his reading if the game puts him ahead of most.
Think the Shrewsbury front two can be a bit miffed.

I can usually judge how good the L2 team of the season is by judging how many of those players id like in my team.Seasons past i could usually pick at least 4.This season, just one (apart from Mayor of course).

Woods?

I'd say Dan would get in every other team, possibly apart from Bury (rightly or wrongly).

McNulty was (and is) immense in both games we've played against Luton and in one televised game I saw. He beats Corr in the air with ease. I don't begrudge him his place, he's not the most cultured of players but he does his job and does it well.

I can honestly say ive never seen pope concede a soft goal.To beat him it has to be something special as you guys know.
