Good luck to him, his main reason for moving down there was the financial security of a 2 year deal and he has just done enough to earn an extra 2 years. Hopefully things will pick up for them once they get a new manager
 
Glad the Gills have been able to offer the security he required and he's happy there. Shame he'll be playing in league two next year though!
 
I have spoken to the Chairman too and his ambition is unbelievable; he wants to get this club back into the Championship
