Sutherland and Mushtaq are due to pop in consistency in a couple of weeks, other than that it's going to be a pretty lean spell training wise as so many of our trainees are over 20.

what a week for tekere..

a £1.3million transfer

his first OD Century, on his debut

and now a pop to Strong!!

No pops, but I made a new signing for just under £5m.

He's a 20yo quality fast bowler and respectable batsman with strong stamina.
The downside is no experience and only respectable consistency and competent(?) concentration.

I'm going to have to s****e together 3 nets (1 bat, 1 bowl and 1 fielding) but should get in 2 years time a strong batsman with strong concentration, combined with exceptional bowling and quality consistency.

Annoyingly my previous record signing failed to pop to remarkable batting.

Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: abysmal

Just the one for me.

I've listed Barat for £1.5m to see if I get a bite. If he goes I'll pick myself up another all rounder who doesn't need training so I can distribute more fielding nets to those who have lower secondaries.

Had a few pops this week.

10. Justin Scholes (820551)
Age: 19 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 15,957 (+336)

7. Dilawar Phiwokwakhe (950262)
Age: 18 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 12,800 (+388)

Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: proficient Concentration: strong

Also my new bowler trainee moved up to Comp after 1 week. Bonus! So he is now a comp/feeb in Batting and bowling. Come 2010 he should be a decent player providing I can scr-ape together the nets....
