Top Gun - marvel315

More Tom Cruise. But Weird Science is an excellent example of an 80s teen-comedy.

I've never understood the appeal of 'Top Gun'. The thought of a 3 foot high Scientologist defending our skies fills me with mirth and thoughts of derision. 'Weird Science' on the other hand is comedy gold.

Fats man, let me tell you my story.....

There is nothing particularly 80's about Top Gun apart from that it was produced by Don Simpson (a hero of mine) and Jerry Bruckheimer.

Love both , but im gonna go weird science. Love kelly lebroc and any bird that can turn a right arsehole of a bloke into a **** gets my vote.

Has to be Weird Science- one of thefirst films that made me realise that there was more to life than Star Wars! :)
